The Organization for Preserving the Constitution of Zion Lutheran Church of Auburn, Washington (hereinafter the Organization) appeals the trial courts dismissal of its complaint against Joseph E. Mason and Zion Lutheran Church of Auburn (hereinafter the Church), arguing the trial court erred in finding it lacked jurisdiction to interpret an election provision in the church constitution. Consolidated with this case is the Organizations appeal from the trial courts subsequent denial of its motion to vacate based upon newly discovered evidence. We reverse and remand this case for trial.
